Administrative Hourly Rates
Our administrative rates begin at $25 per hour. We bill in 15 minute incriments with a 1 hour minimum. Remember we will only bill you for the time dedicated to your work.
Monthly Retainers
This option is tailored for clients who would like a specific number of hours dedicated to their business each month. A 15% discount is offered for clients who contract 10 hours or more a month. Retainer fees are required up front at the beginning of each month. Hours that are not used by the end of the month may not rollover to the next month.
Project and Desktop Publishing Rates
No two projects are the same which is why we customize each project to suit your needs! Desktop publishing, marketing, and mass mailing projects can be time consuming and frustrating ... let us help!
Concierge and Personal Assistant Rates
Our concierge and personal assistant rates start out at $20 per hour. We know just how busy life can get when trying to balance home and work - especially if you are feeling disorganized and stressed. Where do you begin? We can help you straighten out your home office, develop a family budget, create chore charts specific for your family, or finally get your kitchen organized!
